I am excited to share another article I wrote for Jai Institute of Parenting, where I became a certified parent coach. Parent coaches were asked by Jai to discuss a personal parenting challenge and my article was selected as a feature. In this article, I write about a difficult parenting challenge with one of my children. I discuss the journey my child, husband, and I take to resolve the challenge and what tools helped me be a better parent and person.
