Mental health challenges are no different than other health challenges- as long as stigma isn’t in the picture. Tackling mental illness head on is healthy and brave.

I have made it my mission to help parents support their kids through challenges with mental health. Because I have been in your shoes. I had postpartum depression and sporadic depression throughout my life. I have helped hundreds of kids with mental health challenges, including my children. Being authentic and honest about my mental health changed my life. It allowed me to have life-changing conversations with students and my kids about their mental health. Normalizing mental illness for you and your child so that it can be discussed openly and addressed properly with unconditional love and presence as well as having positive coping tools in place, not only makes kids feel cared for, but empowers them to seek the treatment they need and be resilient and strong for life. That’s the warrior mentality it takes to raise healthy, strong kids in this difficult world……and I want that for you. The parent coach program I have designed is based on the following 3 pillars:

FAMILY

Tune out the outside chatter about how to raise a successful kid. Instead, focus on your family values and define success for your kids.

FLOW

Your child’s strengths and passions (their flow) are excellent guides to helping them find a healthy path in life.Finding their flow will challenge them appropriate

FIT

Base most of your parenting decisions on family values. Keep your child’s flow in mind to find the right fit for them for any academic ,athletic or extra curricular activity. This leads to happy kids.
