According to Mel Robbins, fall is a time of year when people are naturally more productive. She says this is based on research. Robbins says that fall is a unique window of time when people can make the most of their time and energy, and achieve their goals and dreams. Robbins suggests that people can use this time to create new habits, establish a routine, and feel calm and energized. Her three tips are as follows:

  1. Be phone free for the first hour of the day.

  2. Remove 1 thing from your to do list (if you haven’t gotten to it yet, it must not be as important as other items on your list)

  3. Make a decision. (Stop overthinking. Make the best decision for you based on your life and needs.)
