2 options of packages both include 8 hours of individual coaching plus one additional session for free.

8 Step Program

OPTION 1

This option allows you to pay for all 8 weeks up front for a total of $880 (SAVE $80) which includes unlimited access to coach through email and text (with a 24 hour response time), two workbooks, multiple relevant and helpful handouts to build your tool kit for optimal self-care and lifelong wellness.

This option allows you to pay for each consult up to 48 hours before the consult for $120 which includes unlimited access to coach through email and text (with a 24 hour response time), two workbooks, multiple relevant and helpful handouts to build your tool kit for optimal self-care and lifelong wellness. This package is $960 for all 8 weeks plus a bonus week.
